In the realm of health, there really are no shortcuts, and we must all climb the stairs! When we are inspired with a big enough ‘why’, the stairs become much easier to climb. By firstly unearthing your compelling ‘why’, I will help you bounce up your stairs two at a time, because when our why is big enough, the how is easy!  By firstly listening to you, and understanding what really lights you up, we will set the scene for lasting success.

As a Healthcare and Fitness Professional, I have worked with a spectrum of health & wellness challenges, from cardiac rehabilitation patients to international athletes and celebrities. During this time, I have built my success on the foundation of strong relationships with every client.

 I will lead by example, and walk with you along a journey of self discovery that will help you find a happy and healthy balance amongst the all important pillars of your health, such as your diet, exercise, rest, habits and response to stress. My aim is to help you feel happy and confident inside your body, and finally achieve the vitality and health that nature intended.

As a Registered Osteopath and and experienced Sports Therapist I provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment of:

I treat infants through to adults with a variety of gentle ‘hands on’ osteopathic techniques, that may include Joint Mobilisation, Spinal Manipulation,  Dry Needling, Breathwork, and Osteopathic Massage Techniques, I also provide a Sports Massage service.
