Hi and welcome. I’m a Registered Osteopath and Exercise Therapist with a passion for helping people help themselves. With over 15 years experience working as both a medical and exercise professional, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of people get out of pain, get stronger and live a better life by becoming actively engaged in their own healthcare.
